Georgia Mancroft
Integrative Psychotherapist
Georgia is a UKCP-registered Integrative Psychotherapist at Sysi with nearly a decade of experience supporting adolescents, young adults, and adults in private mental health settings.
Taking an integrative approach, Georgia draws from humanistic, psychodynamic, third-wave cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and trauma-focused modalities. Her work is grounded in relational psychodynamic theories, helping clients make sense of their distress within the context of their life experiences and relationships.
Georgia supports clients with a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, grief, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, eating disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), health anxiety, panic attacks, sexual trauma, domestic abuse, attachment difficulties, neurodivergence, and self-harm.
At the heart of her practice is the therapeutic relationship. She aims to foster honest and meaningful engagement built on trust and openness, creating a safe and supportive space for exploration, awareness, and growth.
Georgia holds an MSc in Psychology from Regent’s University London and has completed her Doctorate in Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy at the Metanoia Institute.
